Recently I had a house that looked like a tornado that went through it after the renters moved out. I was working out of state for a few months and flew back to decide what to do with it. The traditional option of cleaning it up, repairing it, doing a few upgrades, and selling it through a realtor was a viable option in today’s strong market. I also contacted several companies that buy for cash, eliminating my need to do all of the work.. I only had one day that I was available to meet at the property and they agreed to come out and see the house. I was very open and let them know that I had not decided what I was going to do at that point and was collecting information to make a decision in the next week or so. They did not push at all for an answer and understood that I had options to consider. Over the next week, I considered the various options and was actually leaning towards going with the realtor. Then they asked if we could talk again and they were able to offer a price that was close to what I would net with the realtor at the bottom of what we expected the house to sell for. They still did not push for an immediate answer, and I did some more weighing of options. In the end, I decided that it was in my best interest to take the offer and sell the house to them. After we spoke, I had a contract emailed to me within an hour. I heard from the title company the next day. We closed about a week and a half later and they worked around my night shift hours. Everything was very smooth with no glitches to deal with. I appreciate the ease of this sale and how professional they were to work with.

Chris was the second person to make an offer on my property and not only came in at a much higher, more fair, price but they treated me and my home with respect. They appreciated the things that kept me in that house for so long. They went above and beyond, even removing the fixtures so that I could use them in my current home and helping me move things to storage. Instead of my appliances winding up in the landfill, they were donated to Habitat for Humanity. We closed in less than 2 weeks and I was able to start the next chapter of my life with no regrets. I live out of state, and had decided around the first of April that it was time for me to sell my house in Arizona. I had notified my renter, thinking that it would take her some time to find a new place. It took exactly one day and she informed me that she would be out by May 1. I received a postcard in the mail on April 16 , thought, “what the heck?”, and called them. We had a very genial conversation and they made arrangements with my tenant to look at the house that very evening. The next morning they called me and told me they would like to make the purchase. We discussed the timing of closing; they were very concerned that we not pressure my tenant in case she needed a few extra days to get moved. I had documents that morning via Docusign, I signed and returned them and the process was begun. There were a very few emails between myself and the title company, but everything went extremely smoothly. A notary came to my house even during this coronavirus crisis, papers were signed, and it was a done deal. I have had many real estate transactions in my lifetime, and this was definitely the easiest. Thank you.
